The shopping environment is tied into the client's Intranet and is utilized by affiliates all over the country. Miva Merchant customized to the needs of both Hidden Bay and Masco is providing an easy to use and administer shopping environment.

Most online stores either look like they were built by a 5 year old, or are so high tech that they are unaffordable.

When I shop online, if I am unable to find what I need within a few clicks, well, then I'm outta there! With all the options for online shopping I don't need to be aggravated with poor site structure, or confusing navigation.... And if your store doesn't look legit, For-Get-It! I will only shop on a site that looks professional and at Least has a secure check out.

When I design an online shopping environment, I pretend that I am the customer. I use Miva Merchant as my foundation and incorporate Open UI with 3rd party modules to create a pleasant and effective shopping experience that results in sales, not walkouts.
